Our October event with the Energy for Life walk is this Saturday. Thank you to the many families who have signed up to walk or volunteer. If you are interested in supporting our PRMCares team you can do so here. Any questions about this event should be forwarded to prmresource@gmail.com. Any necessary details the day of the walk will be communicated through PRM’s Facebook page or our twitter feed. Stay tuned.
Beginning this week Lower and Upper El students began discussions about volunteerism, charity work and issues around the world during their media special. This is being done as an introduction to the Student Proposal Project (SPP). The ‘I Can Change the World’ bracelets are raising money so that our students, with the help of friends, teachers, media specialists and you, can research charitable causes they care about and propose financial support for them, through PRMCares. Details, including the SPP instructions, can be found on the Student Proposal Project page. Sales of the bracelet will go on until we are sold out. Print an order form from the SPP page or stop by the office to buy one for everyone in your family, they’re only $3. The ability to support the efforts of our students research is based on the sale of these bracelets. Thank you for your support.
Details & RSVP of our November event will come next week. But so you can get it on your calendar, PRMCares will be hosting a family lecture with JD Lewis and his sons from the inspiring Twelve in Twelve Foundation on 11/7.
